Lawrence McCabe

With over 40 years of experience in the food industry in manufacturing, distribution and retail, Lawrence has established local and national markets for Australian and international manufacturers; launched products nationally and established and operated wholesale distribution businesses.
Lawrence says “ I am thrilled to be working with such an enthusiastic, dedicated and family based team. My role is to work with the major accounts and assist the sales team. My Vision? … To have Lorrie’s, Temptation Bakeries and Gluten Free Bakehouse quality products ranged into as many retail outlets as possible so that more consumers can taste these great quality products. When time permits I love to go caravanning and spend time with my family."

Nic Gould
Sales Manager
Nic joined the team back in 2015, already armed with a vast knowledge of retail supermarkets, both independent and chain stores; fresh foods and delicatessens. After some time as a Sales Representative for Lorrie’s, Temptation Bakeries and Gluten Free Bakehouse. Nic is now assisting the management team with distribution and key account strategies.
When Nic is not out and about letting everyone know how great our products are, she tries to spend as much time as she can with her three gorgeous girls who are growing up way too fast. Nic also loves spending time with her family and many friends, heading to the beach or just chilling to some great Australian music.

Reillee Gould

Welcoming the newest full time member to the team, Reillee Gould.
Reillee joined our team back in 2020 and comes with a great understanding of our product ranges. You can find Reillee anywhere from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast assisting all our customers with any questions they may have ensuring a great customer experience when people enjoy our products.
In her spare time you can find Reillee at the beach, going on weekend road trips throughout our beautiful state or catching up with her friends at different cafes.
