STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The products you receive are prebaked and delivered frozen. Products should be stored
at -18°C or below. If thawing the products prior to cooking, thaw in a refrigerator at 5°C
or below for 24 to 48 hours and consumed within 5 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
HOW TO COOK
The product must be fully cooked prior to consumption and can be cooked from frozen or
thawed.
OVEN
1. Preheat conventional oven to 190°C (170°C fan forced).
2. Remove product from carton, place product (including the cup if cooking our pies)
onto a baking tray and place into the oven.
3. Heat for the time as indicated in the table below.
4. Ensure internal temperature is above 75°C or piping hot after heating.

Ensure internal temperature is above of 75ºC or until piping hot prior to the products being transferred to a hot food display.
Once heated the optimum shelf life is 6 hours for pies and 4 hours for sausage rolls & quiche when maintained at 75ºC.
