Lorrie’s Gourmet Foods is a Queensland based 100% Australian, family owned company that specialises in that most delicious and revered Aussie treat, the hearty pie.  The meat pie is an Australian icon and we Aussies eat 270 million of them every year.

From humble beginnings in 1998, Lorrie’s has grown to become Queenslands favourite pie, available in major supermarkets, independent retailers and foodserve providers throughout the region.  

 

You can even find our pies in the ‘hot box’ in all Woolwlorths stores so they are ready when you are!

Weighing in at between 230 and 300 grams (depending on the choice of filling), Lorrie’s are the leaders in satisfying even a tradie-sized appetite.

LORRIE'S PIES ARE HEALTHY

Lorrie’s Pies are all baked fresh in our factory the old fashioned way.  No artificial flavours or colours, we bake fresh using nutritious wholesome ingredients from Australian growers.  Our flour comes from wheat grown in the grain belts of Australia, our beef and meats from premium Australian livestock and vegetables sourced from rich volcanic soils and a delightful temperate climate.

Our Angus and beef products, free range poultry and premium lamb are pasture fed and HGP FREE, (hormone and growth promotent free). Our comprehensive range includes vegetarian pleasers like Cheese and Spinach Roll, and healthy meal options like Chicken Mornay, Steak & Mushroom, or Lamb & Rosemary Pies.

The secret is in our very own unique recipe pastry, and in real chunks of Aussie ingredients, and not too much gravy. As many of our lunchtime customers who are driving or eating on the run will tell you – our pie ends up in your mouth …Instead of all over your lap!

Lorrie’s offers more than 20 gourmet pie varieties! From steak and plain beef pies, through to Chicken Mornay, Steak & Mushroom, Curried Chicken Pie; and a Steak & Potato pie tipping the scales at 300 grams ! With a delicious Quiche Lorraine; Gourmet Sausage Rolls and our old favourite Cornish Pasties; a Party range, and a range of  individually wrapped and family favourites. There really is something to suit every taste.
