STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
The products you receive are prebaked and delivered frozen. Products should be stored at -18°C or below. If thawing the products prior to cooking, thaw in a refrigerator at 5°C or below for 24 to 48 hours and consumed within 5 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
HOW TO COOK
The product must be fully cooked prior to consumption and can be cooked from frozen or thawed.

1. Preheat conventional oven to 190°C (170°C fan forced).
2. Remove product from carton, place product (including the cup if cooking our pies) onto a baking tray and place into the oven.
3. Heat for the time as indicated in the table below.
4. Ensure internal temperature is above 75°C or piping hot after heating.

Once heated, the optimum hot-holding shelf life is 6 hours for pies and 4 hours for sausage rolls and quiche when maintained at 75°C.
